New people need to start in a lower elo during placements.

Most people who start ranked for the first time suck, don't start them off in placements at high silver-low gold elo. I'm on my smurf account doing placements and I got a brand new level 30 mid laner and support who got absolutely demolished, to the point we never had even the slightest chance. It was their first ranked match so it's not even like they got some lucky placement games and made it up to this point, they just started off there. It sucks massive dick for those players to get stomped, and it sucks massive dick to be placed on that team that has no chance.

I know I'll still climb quick after placements but still, I don't want to lose a placement game solely because of this.
