Riot can you keep people from other regions from playing on other servers?

I'm from NA and it's annoying as fuck being matched with these Asian guys. They often perform badly, start flaming and call you a dog if you tell them to chill out. Playing on a different server will normally give you higher ping as well, which in ranked puts the team at an unacceptable disadvantage. I don't think any positives outweigh the cons of people using servers outside their region. 3 My original post was deleted because the system apparently thought it deserved to be in the player behavior section and not the game play section
