Gangplank's barrels shouldn't give gold when attacked by a ranged champion

personally i think that his e shouldn't give gold when attacked by a ranged champion since they can't really "defuse" it from afar and maybe even make it explode ? while it still makes sense that melee champions can defuse the barrels and get gold for that
