Jungles are essential in laning phase and bring a tanky presence in team fighting. Most of the time the team is asking to group its because they need the jungle engage to do anything safely.
Rito should reduce the junglers importance, its too much right now. It feels like the team with the better jungle wins most of the time.

Maybe pick a tank top or support than instead of teemo top zyra support ... Maybe... Malphite? Alistar? just a suggestion.
