honestly many champs shouldn't try to 1v1 nasus
certain champions can, like 
but building a certain way doesn't enable many champions to beat nasus straight up once he has his dander up

Crett2 votesin a straight 1v1, you could try to either abuse range, CC or unmitigatable burst (fiora ult for example. vayne can win too) some champs can just kill him faster than he can kill them (crit yi)
its not set in stone that most champs cant win, just that nasus was pretty much built to have a significant raw numbers advantage.
this is only if he has like 300+ stacks tho
