The best advice if you're getting camped is, "Play like a bitch". Don't go for kills. Don't try to harass. Keep your abilities off CD. Sit your ass under your tower and no matter how the lane's pushed, you don't leave it. Soak XP and just worry about getting as much farm as you can out of each wave safely.
Understand as a jungle main, if you've given 2-3 kills to your enemy laner, you are not going to get ganks. Period. Why should the jungler risk his life in a 2v1, a 3v2 or god forbid the enemy jungler counterganks just to make you less useless? If you've fed your enemy laner 2-3 kills, there's a good chance that they can 1v2 you or at very least kill you again and just walk away from your jungler.
I had a game where I was playing Jax in the jungle and our Volibear top was getting fucking destroyed by the enemy Teemo. He died twice and just spam pinged me and called for help the whole game, but I just let his ass sit there. That Volibear had already proven that in an even matchup, he couldn't beat the Teemo. Teemo was 2-0. What happens when I give the Volibear 2 kills in lane and makes them both an even 2-2? Well, he'll probably keep dying because he couldn't beat the Teemo in an even 1v1. He'd continue feeding and would instantly lose the lead I gave him.
I camped bot and mid lanes, put pressure on them. Killed the mid laner a few time. Killed the bot laners a few times. All the while Volibear kept pinging for help. The mid laner even asked me to gank for him and I just said, "I'm not ganking top lane," and left it at that. The times I did roam top, I ganked the Teemo and took the kill. I did not give the Volibear the kill gold because the Volibear wouldn't have done anything with it.
Simply put, it's more efficient for me to let a lane die and focus on camping other lanes to get them snowballing to counter the snowball you've created with your lane opponent. Once they're sufficiently fed, then I'll gank for you, but not to give you pressure, but to take the tower when we need it.
You fucked your lane and that is 100% your fault.
