Jungle Items: One thing I wonder

Let me first say that I really love the new jungle items in the way they offer flexibility in your jungle style and the stats you'd want from that slot.

However, what I really wonder is why the jungle items are only at a 2250 gold price point. I mean, this still leaves them with somewhat of a sore feeling come late-game, as you could possibly have a more powerful item in that slot - for example, a Black Cleaver instead of the Warrior Enchant. Then again, few games go so late to warrant swapping out your jungle item...

So, is there something that specifically speaks against them being more expensive and more powerful? Like, in the 2600 gold range?

For example, Juggernaut could build out of and and give some additional health regeneration.
