How has poppy made it this long without being touched?

yet another champion that builds tank and does way too much damage with huge CC, evelynn has been nerfed for this, many others have been nerfed for this reason, why is poppy able to exist in a more cancerous state than any juggernaut before with no one even hinting at nerfs for her? her winrate is hovering around 60% even in challenger, others have hit 56% and been immediately olaf'd

please pretend you have some sort of dignity and change this cancer

1: her winrate is SOMETIMES reaching 60% ONLY in challenger. in other divisions she is closer to 50% (53 at best). Plus, she isn't inflicting a huge amount of damage so comparing it to the state of juggernauts is a bit exagerated ( I don't main poppy, I don't even play poppy. I just play against). Ofc,if you're fragile and alone,you're screwed but that's all. In teamfights,she is more appreciated for her CC and her ability to prevent dashes (ringo,lb etc...). It doesn't mean she is cancerous. I find her pretty balanced.

BUT, i agree with you about the fact certain champions who get insta nerf compared to other when they have 55% winrate. For me,the balance "team" ( I think it's a lone dude) is incompetent. Judging from what is being tested in the PBE, the amount of tests is reaaaally low if we consider: -the amount of items -the amount of players that can test it -the amount of unbalanced champions (overnerfed or strong)
