Does anyone feel like Ryze is overtuned?
I've been seeing so many Ryze's lately, I either spend my ban on him or Zac. I feel like Ryze's damage is insanely high... Anyone else feel like Ryze needs to be toned down?

Despite your downvotes, I feel that same way too.
Three shotting me playing Vel'koz who annihilated the early game feels a bit ridiculous.
On top of shields from archangel and the movement speed boost he has, it's just too easy to do that much damage on him.
