Riot can you please do something to make Heimerdinger less infuriating to play against?

Everybody can agree that laning against a Heimerdinger is one of the worst experiences in this game (unless of course you are also Heimerdinger in a mirror match, that shits kinda funny). Whenever a Heimerdinger is picked on the enemy team there is a collective groan from yours and usually some swearing from top and mid because they know that they dont want to deal with this champ. The only real positives im able to come up with are that he shits on Riven and Zed and that his pick rate is next to nothing. Im not saying he's overpowered and im not saying he takes no skill. He actually takes a bit more than you would expect. But if Heimerdinger ever becomes popular, oh boy thats a horrifying thought, almost every game would just feel terrible unless he is banned out. So Riot, can you please do something to make Leagues resident inventor less frustrating?
