(edit: by all CC I don't mean displacements which are completely unblockable)
It's the kind of buff that would help her out tremendously without directly injecting pure power into the kit.
Gangplank can do it, so why not Eve?

Most importantly, GP is not OP so the mechanic can't be that overbearing. Anyways, when Eve's ability was originally designed there was far less hard CC in the game, but nowadays it's all over the place so I don't think it's asking too much. And they're looking for ways to give Eve some help without straight up buffing her numbers, so I think this is an effective way to do that.

At most, they would probably allow her to get out of Roots and slows with it. All cc's would be too much.

He still has to keep up and gets slowed down if he tries to AA the enemy champion or get slowed down by casting Q.. Eve can keep up with the enemy champion, doing AA while ravaging his life bar with a Q. I guess it is a nono.

Yeah she would have an actual assassin related mechanic to remove aggro and escape situations. Totally OP for a supposed Assassin to be capable of doing.

Her issue atm is her damage output... It's weak...
DynamiteGazelle1 votesNot every champion needs to be able to dish out massive amounts of damage. Eve isn't a champion who should be dueling anyways. Global pressure from stealth and strong ganks define Eve. She is great early game and falls off, but is able to become a decent tanky initiator.
Her damage output for what she is is fine, but I do agree that her clear times could use some improvement. But even then, you sacrifice farmability for powerful ganks which make or break the game for you. It's a fair trade.
