No Aurelion Sol Buff?

A Rioter tweeted back before the winter break that Aurelion Sol would be getting a buff in 9.1, namely that the delay for his star would be reduced from 0.65 seconds to 0.25. This was supposed to give Aurelion Sol something of an answer for people who jump on his face by letting him point-blank stun. But now the 9.1 patch notes are out, and I see no mention of the space dragon.

Did the buff get pulled, or did it simply escape notice?

The buff got delayed, it comes on 9.2.
