Can a Singed main give me a better guide on how to proxy with new changes?

I know that obviously but i'm talking about runes, masteries, builds because sometimes i see mains not building tear first and going for catalyst.

Keep whatever buff is closest to their top lane warded so you know when you're being ganked.

A good strategy is to kite the minions by walking near them, walking away, stopping, walking again, just maintain aggro but minimize minion damage, it makes you last a lot longer behind the turret.

Other than that just get behind it and run around.

Oh, one last thing, know when to turn off poison to save mana unless you have tear.

Don't. It's not really a valid strategy and YOU WILL GET REPORTED FOR FEEDING. Because whether you're "proxying or not" you're still throwing the game when you die 3 times behind enemy turrets
