Well what if, when he activated his W, he could jump off shrooms he walked over for the same distance? Like a certain famous Italian plumber bounces off his enemies.

It's not a very large distance, but I think it would be a neat buff to let Teemo use his shrooms as escape trampolines. Shrooms last a while, so he could, for example, drop one in a bush where the enemies have no vision, bait someone into chasing him towards said bush, then secretly bounce over a wall, making the enemies think he stealthed inside the bush instead.

The downside would be that if an enemy saw Teemo bounce, they'd know where his shrooms would be. But that's why I would make it so he only bounces if you activate his W beforehand, so you could still run over shrooms without bouncing if you needed the damage. It makes logical sense too, since Teemo would need the extra speed to perform his leap.

I dunno, I know Teemo's not a popular champion to want to buff, but I thought it might be a fun thing to add.

I'm going to say no. The one saving grace of laning against Teemo as a melee is that he's extremely gankable. Giving him mobility will ease that weakness.

This would honestly makes Teemo a tad more annoying to fight against as a melee champion, since he's now harder to reach over for trades after 6.

CertainlyT - Teemo now have true jump which cannot be interrupted, during his jump he can target an enemy champion for bonus TRUE POISON Damage which permanently knocks of % of max health off an enemy champion.

only if they reduced some sort of his damage to compensate for the buff... it's unnecessary... he already has his movespeed buff and the shroom slow together are plenty for an escape

Lets add mobility to Teemo's kit of utility. We got the untargetability passive, the bane of ALL auto-attacker's on Q, the kite / run away / catch up W, the DOT "I win" passive on E and the GLOBAL map presence, we don't need to add him having mobility on top of all of that.

Since all new champs have fifty dashes maybe when other old champs get more dashes so can teemo

First: A certain Italian plumber doesnt jump on the mushrooms.

Second: Its a volatile anti-personnel weapon that can "yes" bounce other shrooms of the same sort, but arent likely going to "bounce" a yordle when stepping on them is what sets them off.

I get the concept your thinking, and it is creative... but the thematic aspect of it offends me.

I think this is actually a pretty neat idea, though to balance it, I'd only have it be usable once, so he'd not be able to chain bounce on shrooms. I mean, the tech for bouncing is already there, so it would be fun (and stupidly cute) to see it worked into his kit elsewhere.
