How is Irelia more broken than those like Jax?

I don't understand. Her kit doesn't seem to scream broken to me in game, and IMO requires outplay in order to do well. Numbers are great to cry about and all, but in game it doesn't seem overbearing to me at all. I feel Jax, Ryze, Jayce, Garen, Illaoi, Lux have a more broken toxic gameplay than her. Jax Is literally Irelia on steroids IMO

I see a lot of QQ threads about her E being instant stun when low. Why? Jax has a stun,~~ which can be avoided if you have flash or can run at the speed of light~~, Ryze has his Stun, Leona has hers, a whole plethora of stuns that can be activated *at any time *.

Her damage is pretty good. Just like Jax, and lux, and Garen. Don't give me that bullshit about Garen peel. Dude can 0-100 you before you have a chance to get peeled if he gets to you.

I'm unsure where I'm going with this, but what of her is truly broken? Compared to Jax, she is less broken in my honest opinion.
