What is the point of Stormrazor ?
Seriously wtf is this item ? Riot nerfed the class so they don't get burst damage anymore, yet release an item giving them burst damage ?

this is flat out an AD assassin item.
it does nothing for ADC's outside of rare synergies like 
while it completely breaks champs like 
Chimp Joker1 votesI think Riot thought that the crit burst damage, once built enough crit, was too consistent. By increasing the gold of crit items and implementing a few other changes, riot effectively (almost) removed the marksmen class out of the one lane we usually find them. Stormrazor was just Riot's way of giving crit ADCs a chance to have some sort of burst without it being too strong or not to consistent. Unfortunately, it's not enough, so much so that bruisers and tanks and mages are found in bot.
