everyone starts using cotc before first nerf. now riot is gutting it because of how stupid it is.

I can pretty much guarantee that anything that was added to League had 50 threads saying how it will break the game 100% and nothing will ever be the same. Most of the time, it doesn't (think Duskblade release, that Xin buff a while back, Edge of Night, every single new champion/rework, etc).

a huge shield for landing cc on already tanky champions.
we had it mapped out.
