Why I don't spend money in league of legends anymore

This isn't a reason why I'm quitting league, but why I don't find the experience to be worth it to buy skins and whatnot. I'll still be playing but I just wanna know if anyone else stops themselves from rp because they keep feeling that the negatives outweigh the positives. These are in no way ordered and I'm writing them as they come to mind.

• Punishments aren't harsh enough for throwing ranked games. I've seen too many posts and stories about people with 40+ games with them feeding in it to take riot's ranked system seriously.

• You're punished by the system for playing well. Once you're on a win streak you can almost guarantee your next 8-10 games to be utter crap while you wait for the system to put you back to where you originally were. The biggest error is that the mmr system makes a huge assumption of played skill based on your past 20 games which is completely inaccurate. There is a clear ceiling that you cannot pass without being at least partially lucky. And any luck based system that claims to be a measure of players skill is a joke.

• Your rank has no real indication of your skill level when you're playing against players higher ranked than you, but when you're low elo you're garbage. In reference to the previous point, having to play against higher elo players or being handicapped with lower skilled players is no big deal because, "you should just git gud and carry people half your skill level against people double your skill level." But what's more annoying is people will constantly throw around rank when you try and make a point on the boards. They'll go on a rant about how "plats are garbage you can beat them' but without skipping a beat go into "you're low elo trash." Double standards whenever rank comes up.

• You are never properly informed about when a player you reported has been punished. Played league for 2 years and I've gotten the message only 2 or 3 times. And with at the very least 1/15 players i've come across being toxic I know that the system is faulty. There's no benefit in reporting someone when you rarely get anything back. IMO the report button feels like a redesigned skinner box that is programed to feed out that message one in every 125 or so games.

• Stale meta that riot enforces. Every patch after patch after patch it's the same stories. We're going to eventually do 10 bans but not right now" "we're taking a closer look at _______ but until then here's are other updates. We know that these aren't the best but don't worry they're only temporary" "we'll make aatrox viable next patch." How long has the champions within the meta stayed the same? I've only been playing for 2 years but the game has only changed to benefit the few champions that riot likes to baby. Lee Sin, graves, jayce, lucian, ahri, (insert newest champion), hell even ivern is getting the treatment regardless he's only been out for 7 months its still pretty clear they love him. I get the concept that you can play anyone and still have a positive winrate. But as soon as you go against anyone that knows the matchup vs your favorite pick then you're screwed.

• Lack of options and creativity for certain roles. This goes back to the previous point a little. I'll try and list off a few examples of what I mean. There are only 6 complete items that give critical strike, 4 that gives magic penetration, 3 that give lethality (not including the black cleaver.) One of the biggest problems regarding diversity is that certain champions are oppressive and you have to play a champion just as oppressive to match them. These champions that define the meta are not only oppressive to each other but creates a binary system where a champion either can or cannot deal with a high tier pick. I understand that counterpicks will always exist, I just want to feel like my favourite champions don't have so many bad matchups.

Still gonna play league. But I haven't spent money on it in ages for some of the reasons listed above. The thing that sucks the most is i really want to buy skins and have some real fun in league, but i dont know when the something will be the last straw and ill just give up on trying to have a good experience.
