Will the new PBE Guinsoo's rageblade passive require 4 auto attacks on ranged champions?

Currently the tool tip says > **UNIQUE PASSIVE: **Every other basic attack will trigger on hit effects additional time

Will this passive also require 4 auto attacks on ranged champions just like Devourer? Because would become pretty ridiculous.

EDIT: They confirmed that it will require 4 auto attacks on ranged

Kog W. % Health damage from BotRK. MORE % Health damage from Bloodrazor enchant. Guinsoo's. Melt everything.

i imagine it will get tweaked somewhat. You also have to remember that there arent as many on hit effects to proc. you dont have the magical damage from devourer nor do you have the rageblade tiamat effect.

Actually im not sure if they will touch it or not.
