Can Kalista jump when she is blinded?
I mean it wouldn't make sense if she could jump while blinded. Her autos aren't even hitting. Give

uh teemos non skill shot blind deserves no love with a huge range and 2 seconds long no love for that cute little scout
Blinds only make auto attacks miss..
however a silence.. maybe.. Try that.. ?
She can still declare attacks, so she could still jump. Disarm would work for this, but disarm doesn't yet exist on its own.
I can definitely agree with giving Quinn some love, though. :D
Nothing stops her jump outside of hard CC.
snares, binds, etc.
Learn the difference between "On-hit" and "On-attack" effects. Jumping is not an on-hit effect. It's part of her attack animation.
Only thing that stops that is hard CC or Amumu's Ult.
