Would Tahm still be able to

Also, What would happen if 2 Tahms devoured each other?

His kit seems crazy to me... the CC he has is RIDICULOUS. OH, you wanted to last hit that minion? Nope, gulp, SPIT in your face. Oh, you jumped my ADC? gulp, peace out beaches... oh you want to try and gank? Slap slap gulp, tongue - peace out beaches.
Mid's in trouble! Shen top lane, Rek'sai jungle... 5v1 mid lane... on less than 10 seconds... hope you have your flash mid.
He'll probably still be able to get Kalista ulted and grab lanterns for Threshcrank-like plays and only the target inside is untargetable so he'll be able to get Skarner ulted too. If two Tahms use devoured each other at the same time, it'll probably pick at random. If not, it'll be an extremely funny interaction seeing them eat each other
Those are some good questions. I feel like his W on Allies are going to be more to protect them rather than for repositioning. Particularly since both parties will have control on whether they get released. Deaggroing from his W is probably going to be the strongest part of that ability.
He would probably be more ult reliant to reposition allies, to other parts of the map. Though that could be a useful tool in gank assist, if he should roam ahead into the Jungle and take his Jungler bot lane.
