[Client] Losing a ranked game when i played a Co-op vs AI

I was 2-0 in my ranked promos until i played a Co-op vs AI game. After the bot game it showed me that I lost one game. I need help guys

edit: played a bot game and didn't lose a ranked game... so what is actually happening?
