Riot should try out Nemesis URF sometime
Nemesis URF would provide some wider champion picks than normal URF while being more likely to have balanced teams. Of course, this mode would also need bans so the most boring picks can at least be shelved.

Naomi CoffeeGoat2 votesThis would be the same problem only instead of everyone picking the best champions, they'd always be giving each other the worst champions. And then you still have people hating the game mode because Riot took away the choice to pick the champ you want.

It just means you ban the worst then everyone picks the next lineup of worst. Bans dont solve the problem of stagnant picks. Otherwise we would have never needed the random element in the first place.
