Is it weird that i think Darius is OP?

Maybe you should get a little more experience (PVP experience...) before you start talking about what is and isn't op, kay?

I mean Darius is like an excpetion towards kill stealing because he can clean up team fights really good if he kills a target with his ult.

He's very easy to kite. All he can do is use E to gap close, and that is quite unreliable due to its cast time and short range. Since a lot of carries have a dash or ms buff or escape (Draven W, Lucian E, Cait E, Corki W, Twitch Q, Graves E, MF W, Jinx Passive [unreliable at best for this], Ezreal E, Kalista Passive, Quinn E, Sivir Passive and W, Tristana W, Vayne E and Q), he shouldn't be getting that close to grab you unless you do something wrong.

Biggest problem with Darius is his ability to snowball teamfights, and that is prevented by zoning him out and peeling him off of your carries. Malphite does this quite well, as does Alistar, Rammus, Gragas, and Nautilus.

So I don't want to be a dick, but you are level 12. That doesn't mean that you can't have an opinion, but to be completely honest with you, you don't have the experience to make calls about what is op. Lots of champs are excellent against lower level players Riven , Tryndamere , MasterYi , Darius . The reason they excel at that level of play is because they have some kind of ability that either fudges the enemies damage or mobility that allows them to outplay players. As you gain experience you will learn to deal with these champs better.

Some players DO believe that darius is op. But he can be countered by champions who can kite him or by champs who can dodge in and out of his range. He is also one of two champs that fights better in 1v2 situations.

All of that being said I'm happy that a newer player is posting things on forums. It's good to be engaged in the community.
