So in this match, our Zyra basically told me to do that while calling everyone an noob because an lot of us were dying early on and Rengar went jungle instead of supporting her. Who cares about the meta? It's just an game!

Needless to say, we won because of me,

Now I'm curious if this kind of behavior is normal to the LoL community so that I can document it on my YouTube channel.

No, this is absolutely unacceptable. Anyone who thinks this is OK, is usually the one using the term. I would have muted and reported them on the spot

So how fast does two reports works?

First off, the system does not view amount of reports, simply weather a person was reported in this game, and who it was (although, this does not change urgency) Secondly, a reported game will take up to 10 minutes, usually 1 minute to take effect. You will be notified that they have been punished if such action was taken. However, it takes multiple reported games and punishments for a ban to take effect

Lower elo ranked, and level 5-15 normal blind happens almost every game. Against the rules but hence so many players complaining about bans on forums.
