Hex Mod support.

idea is simple. with riot gearing up their platforms i propose riot looks into implement small mod support as soon as the platform is stable and there is space for a project.

these mods traditionally are simple mods such as UI or announcer or music packs that point resources by a few simple safely implemented tools by riot that allows the construction of these basic mods.

the idea can eventually grow and will deeply add to the freedom players like to feel from a game in this field. as such riot can also provide professionally made mods at a respectable rp cost.

idea is a huge undertaking at first. but i think this is a good direction for evolution.
