Sometimes no matter how hard you try. a player will get baited or smashed in game.

their score is usually pretty bad. Sometimes. it's intentional.

most of the time. it's because that guy might as well have stayed in base. truthfully once you start to get killed in micro seconds your survival drops drastically.

Some players sadly are not inting. they are getting crushed and are not sure them self what to do VS a guys that can kill you that fast.

Even i have moments where i question everything i like to play when some guys are literally playing in the arena of the twilight zone. way other level of gamer VS noobs.

it happens. it's league. No one is truly immune to death. at some point even the best meets their match. Few matches later the tables will turn. mmr is a funny thing effected by what can only be described as arcane sorcery. and can be influenced by what gets put into the game from you. your input and actions.

The effect of players thinking you int.. is that they are on the other side of the map. top or mid for example. and had no idea what monstrosity you have been fighting.

blah blah blah.. you inted.. you fed him. Dude ... Dude... you did'nt even see wth happened. you were fighting your own fight.

and your gona act like you been spectating 15 mins but didn't see how it played down?

There is inting, then there is getting blind sided.

it happens to everyone at some point.

I don't have to accept that if you are losing to a nasus in lane, and I tell you to build bramble vest to give you more survival and nerf his self healing when I come gank for you, and you still continue to build phage while 2 levels behind.

I don't accept that I tell you to build QSS for a malzahar/warwick/mordekaiser, you don't, then feed them, then complain they are broken champions.

I don't accept when I tell you that after you've died to your enemy laner 1-2 times, you're better off safely farming up near turret and giving up CS for exp soaking if they freeze, and you continue trying to fight an opponent with an xp and gold lead and feeding them even more.

I don't accept that after I tell you to stop pushing without vision, and you die to 2 ganks already, and you continue to overextend without vision and feed the jungle even more.

I just don't think that's normal or acceptable. It's selfish play in a team game.

Even Proplayers have shit games, and on bad days they can feed people who have no chance of Diamond in the next 3 years. And flaming them will never help. Either it'll tilt them, causing them to feed more, or they're trolling and your flaming is just encouraging them.

  1. Most players cause their own deaths. Don't pretend that they don't.

Mid: Why do mids die early? Oh Right. They got aggressive, and pushed the opponent to their own turret, and became a level 2/level 3 gank for a jungler.

Bot: Why do bot lane adcs die early? USUALLY, it's because they were brash, poked someone while there was a substantial minion wave, and then got CC'd by some support they weren't fully protected from, resulting in minion aggro/fish in barrel situations.

Support: Why do supports die early? Usually, it's because they have extreme confidence in their ability to poke and secure kills for their adc. Unfortunately, communication isn't always there, the adc often ignores the signal, and keeps farming, and the support, while almost 1v2ing the other team, dies because the adc was thinking, "They're stupid. I'm not going in on that." In a defensive lane, where you are champion countered, support usually dies because they don't get appreciated by a jungler.

Jungle: Why do Junglers die early? a) Same reason supports do: Bad communication or receiving of information by laners. b) They overextend without vision, and are poor predictors of other jungler actions, and their own capacities to finish a fight.

Top: Top is more aligned with what OP stated than any other role. It does have bipolar matchups, and everyone really wants to participate in the lane, even when not doing so is what wins it.

(My skill level as a support is heavily mis-aligned with Silver games. The adcs often don't realize that on Morgana or Nami.... I'm there to control a fight, have extreme levels of macro cancelling, and will ALWAYS secure them kills if they work with me. But..... 90% don't. They just keep farming, and either let me die or get close to it, while the opposing team gets to recover all the damage from my poke. It's startling how unreactive Silver/Gold adcs are to landing 2+ second roots or stuns and having a 35% slow applied to their autos. They're just like; "Oh hey. She/He can land skill shots. Let's hope they keep it up." A higher elo adc would easily turn that 2 second root into a kill. So, early game, I sometimes do look like an inter. And then we win.... because I realize my team can't be trusted and start staying back, or build much tankier, and CC disable 80-120 times a game)

Yeah, it's true. Sadly calling people just having a bad game "inters" is how a lot of people get their anger out, which only makes it worse and makes the other people feel even worse than they already do for having a bad game. Kinda sad, but I don't think it'll stop.

HerbertyXsSn11/29/2019, 7:26:36 PM5 votes

Accidentally dying is fine. Not listening to pings, not learning wave management, refusing to learn vision control, and not wanting to itemize right isn't.

If you aren't listening to my pings to top it off and continue to die, the death is 100% your fault. It isn't my fault you're fucking stupid and continue to give away kills.

well in this case you can blame riot and pro streamers.

lets just take a team i really like for example. go to the g2 youtube channel and watch their mic check of their worlds games. in every game they said "this guy is inting" at least once. pros use this term more as a joke but many childrens who follow them think they are serious.

on the other hand... riot scratching their ass isnt helping either. "but manual review so many reports bla bla" yes i know. im not saying its easy. all im saying is doing like nothing wont help.

Feeding/Snowballing are core components of this game. The game specifically allows for them to happen as they are inverse. I hate when people go 0/6 and immediately get called an intentional feeder when most of their deaths were in their own lane, when they are honestly trying, rather than being someone deliberately walking into the enemy over and over, or just running it down mid and dying to towers (most deaths will be from towers anyway, and not directly feeding an enemy, so there's that too). I also hate how people ignore assists when they call out scores. I've seen 0/6/12 being called an inter. when that's basically no difference than being 12/6/0.

Harden Stepback11/29/2019, 11:46:11 AM3 votes

Inting has lost all its meaning, it sucks because the true inters are now never punished because of this.

IloveIsa711/29/2019, 4:03:34 PM3 votes

I got level 2 ganked top by a xin shao and rengar top while playing Kayle and literally had 0 lane ability that game 50cs in 20 minutes. I tried going into lane a few times and just got burst dmg to death or tower dived by rengar and xin shao to death and finished game 2/7. Team is like 15-40 and says im inting.

Worst Kench NA11/29/2019, 6:37:36 PM3 votes

People at my elo don't even call them deaths anymore. It's not K/D/A, it's K/I/A. The widespread usage of the word 'int' is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen out of the community.

Are they purposely griefing? Are they running it down mid? Then it's inting. Are they having a bad game? Are they getting camped and purposely made to die multiple times? They're not inting. It's, you know, the INTent that matters.

Stephenizgod11/29/2019, 11:23:18 PM2 votes

The thing is at a certain point, feeding becomes inting. Even if its not intentional, if you know what you are doing isn't working and continue to do it, you are now inting. Walking into the same bush and dying for the 5th time is inting, sure you don't do it to intentionally die but you know you are going to die again. So why are you doing it?

You can usually tell when someone is having a bad game because of how they play. If they don't alter their gameplay at all, they are feeding/inting. If they are trying to change their play and its still not working, they are having a bad game.

I rly love ppls hiding behaind "BAD DAY" while inting

It's rough sometimes. It's 10 times worse if you like to play off-meta. If I take Soraka top and rush sheen, I'm expected to be 6/0/4 by 15 minutes or else I'm feeding. There's just an expectation that if you aren't playing the meta, then you have to be a god. But if my score is 3/4/2, it's unacceptable because I'm playing in a unique way. That kind of expectation being placed on me also causes me to make awful plays at times. I'll die once at 3 minutes and TP in, trying to get my revenge kill to prove myself. Instead, I die, putting me about 700 gold behind while playing a less optimal strategy than my opposing laner. From there, it's usually downhill as my team begins to flame me for inting. And to be fair, it is my fault, but I just wish they could be more understanding in those situations.

LightswornLance11/29/2019, 8:49:09 AM1 votes

Learn to play safe, after one or two deaths in lane, realize that you can't overextend or maybe even leave your tower depending on the circumstances. By inting they mean you consciously made the choice to overextend and be in a position to be killed.

Veloz Destello11/29/2019, 9:06:35 AM1 votes

If you get solo killed twice and you keep building damage, you are inting and should be reported.

Zed genius11/29/2019, 9:58:15 PM1 votes

I don't really believe that my bot lane who both died the 12th time in the first 13 minutes was really trying but ok, sure, let's give them the benefit of the doubt anyway
