Leblancs 5% love tap

in the PBE leblanc is seeing damage nerfs on her AP ratios. base + 95% -> base + 90%, etc, shes losing 5% on her abilities.

im just going to say, this isn't going to do anything for her except hurt her late game against tanks. she will still burst combo every back liner even if they build a banshees. and she will still be a major threat in lane due to her BASE damage values and mana costs.
