Sion's Q Hitbox

I know this should be put in report a bug but for how long this has been going on, I think the traction here is better suited to raise Riot awareness on the issue.

Can we please fix Sion's Q hitbox? It's clearly bigger than the range indicator and it's frustrating playing around unspecified and wonky hitboxes especially with on an ability that's meant to be slow, telegraphed and punishing.
