I love the concept of the item, and I can't really come up with too many Champs that use it I'm trying to figure out, is this item core on anyone?
It seems to me like it simply lacks synergy with any other items outside of nashors... maybe it could be buffed with 10%cdr and adoing it's effect to whenever the enemy takes magic damage from you including spells and certain items

Now back in season 2 You would frequently see Irelia, Jax and Xin buying it since it did not have the MR shred which increased the price and was a really good item to rush for a power spike.
