I'm really glad Ryze is getting nerfed

There is NOTHING more frustrating than having to lane against Ryze. You can force him out until he gets his stupid RoA and stacked item 3070 then he just runs around at 5000 move speed machine gunning you until you're dead. Even when I take an AP top against him I have trouble because he's such a royal nuisance. How does Ryze take any skill whatsoever to play? You get mana runes, move speed quints, same damn build every game, spam spells that automatically land AND lower their own cooldowns, then win. Oh yeah and then there's the retarded amount of spell vamp he gets during his ult which is almost always up because of his passive.

Sorry guys I am pretty salty since I just lost but really I'm glad Riot is at least giving his Q a nerf. Is there any champion MORE annoying and anti-fun? I honestly would rather face an Akali or Lee Sin in lane.

Someone mentioned playing Riven into him but I'm not too familiar with Riven matchups compared to my other champs. Would it be better to maybe play Jayce against this guy? Really am at a loss for what to do (and no I'm not playing Swain top, I'm terrible at Swain)

People that hate ryze are the same people that hate all ranged top laners. For Ryze, just go someone that likes to aggressive like Pantheon. You can also go ranged back at him and bully him out of lane. Then again there's always Irelia to shit on him as well.

I find ryze a joke when i face him.

At the moment am rushing another account to gold before the season is over and there has been alot of ryzes. Each one just feed me. Higher elo they play safer, but i still bully them out.

2 things happens when i face a ryze. I get a level 1-2 kill or he will not get any farm for the next 10 mins in lane unless he backs. 1 game i even got ganked twice and when i returned he did like 10 damage each spell casted. This isn't the first time.

I find Akali weak as well.

But I use Olaf vs Ryze. So damn easy.

I'm glad that he's finally getting a nerf, though it is quite small. I do get tired of being pretty much 1 hit by him, or him being dumb tanky. He sucks early game, until level 7 or something with RoA, then it's pretty much over. R W Q E insta-killed.

No more Late Game damage with Ryze. :D
