I was all hyped about not playing normals anymore, ranked only I said. Because normals are full of trolls and idiots I said. So I go play a ranked game and get not one but two trolls.
Top lane Shen, who despite getting an early lead and a solo kill on Yasuo gave up his lane for "global pressure" he said. Stayed out of lane so long that I had to go top and stop yasuo from taking the inhib turret at around 18 minutes. Literally no one responded and I got killed saving the turret. So I said, hey Shen, you need to defend your lane. He responds, what's the plan? I said, defend your lane. Do not give up a free inhib turret at 18 minutes into the game. Aaaaaand troll time, he says I'm staying in lane the rest of the game. No shen ults, no teleports... nothing.. He just afk pushed top basically the rest of the game. When he finally came to his senses we were already waaaaaay too far behind.
Shen told me it was about global pressure, and that his lane didn't matter. He said it's what Shen does. Correct me if I'm wrong here but isn't the idea with shen to ult into a fight in another lane and then TP back to your own lane once the fight is over? I mean he literally gave yasuo free farm in the top lane... no one on my team noticed him moving up to the inhib turret. Without me trying to save the turret he could've gotten the inhib before my team actually did anything about it. Again this is in a lane where Shen was stomping Yasuo into the ground 1v1...
It would be impossible for anyone in the game to climb with people like that on their team. That shen literally thought leaving his lane for a very, very long time was the appropriate thing to do. So much so in fact that when I told him it was not at all worth it, he got pissy and trolled.
Now for troll #2, our zilean support, who was fond of backing at the same time as me and ulting me at the fountain. He went 0-7 in lane, stood around auto'ing in team fights, and generally just trolled his adc.
At this point I'm taking a break from League.. can't stand these damned people anymore... this game that I play to have some fun has become a constant source of anger and frustration. I literally have more fun playing against bots and in aram than normals or ranked... and all I wanna do is climb. I want to become a better player myself and face harder competition..
I got screwed over in my promos with 6 of my 10 games having afks / rage quitters on my team. Barely got up to silver 4... but with players like I've mentioned above on my team... It will be years before I get out of silver....... hah!
TL:DR
Zilean: I'm just trolling cause I like to screw people over who are trying to climb.
Shen: Don't like me giving up an inhib turret at 18 minutes for no reason at all in a lane that I was stomping from the get go? Screw you I'll stay top and not ult and not tp anywhere! I guess I showed you!
Me and the jungler died in a skirmish in the jungle that shen could have easily turned by ulting either one of us and jumping into the fight, I asked him why he didn't afterwards and he said because that would require him to leave his lane...
These are the kind of people I have to play with... and it's total bullshit. If you hate support so bad you want to troll your team if you have to support, dodge... don't put everyone else through that crap. And if someone offers you sound logical advice like not just staying out of your lane for 5+ minutes while you dance around and get nothing done in bot lane and we lose almost 3 turrets in the top lane... Don't act like a spoiled 5 year old who didn't get the toy they wanted... and listen.
(what a surprise) ends up feeding Zed and losing lane in like 9 minutes, despite me trying to help. So Cass had to go top (and did pretty well considering the circumstances) and Singed said he would support, but had an awful game, died 11 times and didn't actually build support items. Cait more or less gave up at the 12 minute mark.
completely screwed our entire team comp by trolling mid lane. Didn't say a word the entire time. It would have been different if he was in any way skilled or understood how to lane vs. a Zed, but that wasn't the case. He was terrible. I'm more upset about the fact that he straight up trolled and ruined our chances of winning. I had to buy a 
too since Singed clearly wasn't planning on it.
