Can Warwick get back his 420 damage back on his ult?

I'm talking about this:

Patch 4.21
R - Infinite Duress
TOTAL BASE DAMAGE: 250/335/420 magic damage ⇒ 150/250/350 magic damage

Warwick was nerfed because of one problem. Skirmisher's Sabre in patch 4.20 . This item was so overpowered in 4.20 and made Warwick pick/ban for the entire patch (not in competitive). It allowed his ult to deal 18-69 bonus true damage when smitting an enemy champion and using basic attacks or on-hit abilities.

After patch 4.21, multiple nerfs to NOT ONLY to Warwick BUT to Skirmisher's Sabre. It completely makes him useless as a jungler again and he deals 0 damage with his ult again.

Can you please bring back his old ult damage for the sake of the Weedwick?

Why bother with rageblade when you can go with wit's end or botrk and deal more damage with them? Rageblade doesn't proc on his ult unless you have stacks already, which is really difficult to do late game.

uh, have you seen sated warwick with bork? his ultimate I assure you still does a ridiculous amount of damage. he just takes time to get there. as he should....no one should be one shotting anyone or even doing half your life with a point and click suppress. his ultimate is still good even with less damage because of how it works. basically anyone who gets locked down in range of your lane opponent is dead. they are locked down, they get followed up. if needed warwick will Q and secure the kill right after. later on warwick becomes a late game powerhouse that can be easily kited at the same time.

warwick needs a rework, not buffs.
