Can we please get a better ranking system??!

The Vayne I just played with was a perfect example of how not to play Vayne.

In fact, not even "perfect," because they were so bad that I wouldn't want to use them as an example, because I expect everyone to already know how to play Vayne better than that.

And they're ranting me out in chat for whatever reason. Even the enemy comes to my defence "no, this guy's pretty good actually." "Yah, he almost killed me in that teamfight, so lay off him." . . The enemy team was more of my allies than this teammate was. .. .

From my understanding, I rank in the top 50% of players. So how can this Vayne also rank in the top 50% of players, when they literally do not have even the basic mechanics down??! I mean they're so bad. . and they're a really mean person, too! How can they have a high enough ranking to play with me?!

I'd be fine, if matchmaking took twice, even three times as long to form teams, if it meant players were more closely ranked together, if that's the issue. Otherwise. . .something has to happen! The player I fought in my lane was quite good, and a fair challenge, yet another player is so completely and total awful! And our jungler was gone for the first 15 minutes of the game. . .ugh!!
