Tristana vs other long range adcs

If anyone can help the discussion, great. Unlike other long range adcs like kog, ashe, (600 range and + is considered in the discussion), cait and twitch are all considered, trist must scale up to her range.

In addition to categorize trist, what else? I can guess she doesn't shred dmg as much as the others right? What would make her more viable in a sense? Early game she isn't a bully (as far as I know) and shes still outranged by kog and twitch late game. Maybe mobility might make her more of a pick, but neither/ not many of the listed adcs are used except cait and ashe. People prefer shorter ranged adcs but I want a longer ranged
