Rakan is honestly far better than his ADC Xayah in my opinion. He got shield, charm, heal and knock up plus high mobility that only support main would love. Problems for Xayah is that she lacks of mobility and chasing potentials. Best option is to ban Rakan in draft or ranked games. His kits are basicallt overloaded.

Rakan kit seems pretty broken but it might be somewhat balanced by the fact its a melee kit for a squishy support.
Phelas1 votesXayah is insanely good. Waveclear, invulnerbility while still being able to move, burst, her W gives her increased movespeed (no mobility eh?) and she has hard CC.
She is as overloaded as Rakan, if not even more!

With the high power of assassins and lethality marksmen of today. i'd say its good that a champ made to build crit would have burst. neither are op. rakan gets blown up hard by cc and burst, xayah can get wrecked by cc, burst, or if she gets out ranged, and her E's cooldown means she has to be careful of when she uses it, even with cdr.

Twitch is LITERALLY the assassin marksman. Jhin's kinda like an ADC/burst mage hybrid.
GinoSoldier1 votesDunno man, from what i've seen Rakan's actually pretty darn useless at the moment. Kit might be overloaded but that doesn't mean jack when you get melted everytime you get near an enemy champion.
Rákãñ1 votesThey are both good with pretty obvious weaknesses. Rakan gets pretty blown up by CC and Xayah gets pretty out ranged and kited out of her feathers. I know Caitlyn is a pretty good counter to both of them with ranged and her traps can stop rakan on his W.
