Everyday I see forum of people complaining why they are being suspended for 14 days or permabanned. Yet some still wanna lie in the forum that they did nothing wrong till RIOT pull out their chat logs. Opps! If you made mistakes that is against the rules of the game, you own it. Don't try to weasel out by making false statements. Unless your account had been unauthorized access then that is a different case.

I would love to ask alot of these people: So if you don't get the job you want do you come back into the office open the persons door and start throwing out racial slurs and curse words and threaten them? Edit: I didn’t address your comment about net neutrality until I could verify what’s what. Basically the rules are repealed but there will be public comment and administrative reviews. So no vote in Congress. There will be lots of feedback then the fcc can ignore it and finally kill the open and free decentralized internet and the innovation it fosters.

It isn't though. This happened to me before and I had more proof than was even remotely necessary and I was told by a Riot twatwaffle that it did not matter who was on the account that it still created a toxic environment for the people in the game and that the ban will not be lifted.
This was after about a month coming off of a 14 day ban. I was reformed, I did not break any rules even slightly. Then when I logged on after going on vacation I had a perm ban from during that vacation when I didn't even have my computer on me.

Correct. The Instant Feedback System (which is based partly on the Tribunal) handles most things now, though manual reviews are still occasionally done.

Yeah, I unfortunately never got it because I rarely played Dominion PvP as I mostly just stick to Co-op Vs. Ai. On top of that because of the way Riot handled the distribution of the icon I couldn't have gotten it either way since they only counted PvP Dominion games played before the announcement, which was just ridiculous if you ask me.

I think part of the problem stems from Riot's lack of actual support for the mode and the false promises made to update it, not to mention the high amount of bot accounts in co-op vs. ai. I also think the unreleased trailer for the mode also hampered its appeal. They just spent so much time focusing on Summoner's Rift that they neglected the other modes to the point where they didn't want to support it anymore. Now I did try Definitely Not Dominion but didn't enjoy it very much due to games being pretty much decided at the first team fight at the center objective most of the time (i.e. whoever won that first team fight often went on to win the game).
Hopefully they'll bring it back one day as a permanent game mode with fairly regular updates but I doubt it. At any rate we should probably continue this conversation in another thread, one specifically talking about Dominion, to avoid cluttering this one up more ;).

I have never played a game with rules nearly as strict as Riots, so when I was banned for calling someone "bad", I didn't think I had done anything wrong. Its unrealistic to expect everyone to know the rules, especially when Riot is not clear with them.
I just received a 14 day ban and I accept the punishment (because I have no choice). I was super toxic, but I got in touch with a riot employee to ask why my first offense was 14 days and not simply a chat restriction. He explained that this was because I used one homophobic slur at the beginning of the game after getting invaded, not because of all the hurtful things I said that actually got me reported. The people that reported me simply got lucky that I used "%%%" early in the game. I don't agree with that logic, permanently mute me but don't ever ban someone for speaking harshly. Maybe I don't understand something but I would love to hear thoughts. I get banned for one word, but inters and afks go virtually unpunished (except for the joke of leaver buster: 20 min before 5 games)
