Can blackbelt udyr be touched up

I think black belt udyr is defiantly the worst skin in the game. It doesn't even match its splash art. It looks like he's wearing a brown paper bag. It shouldnt be to much to just round his body up a bit kind of like they did on defiantly not udyr. To the degree that this skin looks compared to its splash art it could probably count as false advertisement.

About udyr being like 5 skins in one, riot had no problem wasting resources re hashing the star gaurdin skins into a pajama spin off and making another set of kd/a skins.
