What items do you guys use for Yorick?

Hey, I've been playing a lot of Yorick and doing well. I can't find any updated/good guides on him, though (probably because he's not super popular?), so I figured I'd ask what builds people generally use for him. I'd like up get a better understanding of him and of toplane bruisers in general to get better at the game.

I've been having success with a bruiser/lifesteal build, something like Trinity -> Death's Dance -> Sterak's, then tanky stuff like Deadman's or Visage. Dunno how good/mainstream that is. Many guides recommend Zz'rot, but that seems kinda redundant with his kit to me, and I'd rather deal more oppressive damage. I have fairly poor overall knowledge of bruiser builds, though.
