The buff to her passive won't solve her core problems, like insane mana cost on her Q, and exteremely slow mana regen and mana growth compared to other mid laners.
Here is an idea, can she get an increased mana regen WHEN her passive is up?
Or how about an actual passive instead of this garbage? Getting one free spell every so often at the cost really high base costs is just dumb. Normalize the costs and bring in a new passive.
Then her lane becomes interactive, since you would hold onto her passive for as long as possible, to refill your mana.
