Finally a Twitch nerf! ( he's still going to delete the enemy team though, but it is a good start I guess )

This just makes him much harder to start rolling the ball early. Sure an AoE Twitch at 4+ Items is just that. But he'll be WAY easier to fight in lane because of this.
I mean that's good and all but it's not really his E more so his ult that he pops and aoes your entire team down out of invisibility from 850 range in 3 seconds. [sg-lux-2]
Twitch isn't even the best ADC and he's getting a 40 base damage nerf. That's huge. Xayah, Tristana, Varus, and Kog'maw are all better than Twitch. Xayah is pick ban at worlds and is still untouched.
Should be a 20/30/40/50/60 nerf. That's more reasonable.
It may actually be better to level up stealth first lol. Not that that does a lot either.
At this point none of his rank ups do much. But he'll still be Twitch.
Actually it doesn't even affect his first few levels much lol. This nerf is actually weak af.
They should admit crit needs to be nerfed.
This Twitch nerf is actually the weakest. Weaker than the 0.25 sec Zoe Q nerf. -2 AD would be a bigger nerf.
Don't worry after this nerf they'll buff his Q to break the AS cap.
I really can't think of it as a real nerf :/ they should rework either his Q or Ult , stealth with a long range and aoe damage isn't ok ,his ult isn't really counterrable but , at least removing the stealth will help us to run instead of getting killing 1 after 1
Isn't his E useful only during early game to catch a kill when someone tries to run away ? I honestly don't see the use of it past level 11. Not a Twitch player, but this is what it seems like to me, I rarely see Twitch using it during teamfights
