Who is the least and most annoying Yordle in the game?

Rumble's Flamespitter is just as annoying as Teemo, or at least close to it imo.

Lulu for most annoying. polymorph shields and ult that pretty much prevents any attempt to kill anyone. Teemo has 2nd most annoying god damn mushrooms of doom lategame and that blind lol. Tristana for 3rd annoying resetable gap closer/escape and knock back for disengage or can be used as a execute cause it does good damage. Amumu prob for least annoying although he has a ton of cc its easy avoidable and not that hard an yes amumu is a yordle.
