One simple question for a Red - Aatrox's current state

Nightmist Dark·May 4, 2015·2 votes·1,967 views

what is the current status on Aatrox? underpowered? he is fine? is there a rework/buff/QoL planned for him? he barely is seeing play for a long time now. http://fc03.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2013/197/b/e/welcome_to_the_league__by_nielspeterdejong-d6dp02q.jpg

I heard they are planning to rework his ultimate somewhere to where it is much more "TURN THE TIDES OF BATTLE FOR MY TEAM" rather than a nuke with a self-steroid.
