I'd really like to revert the nerfs on Lucian regarding his range on his Q.
He needs that poke
In exchange we need to stop the fuckin armor pen build... It does not feel good to die in 2-3 seconds flat by an adc before mid game even happens..

Go watch some games from imaqtpie or some shit where he's even with the adc and builds that trashbin build. It's only good for his ult which gets cancelled by all cc.

Lucians armor pen problem was he did way too much damage way too fast.
The nerf was he lost his only source of harassment.. Such as MF Q bounce is good harass, jinx W harass, Varus Q harass..
Stuff like that.
Lucian still does way too much fucking damage... because the armor pen build..

The nerfs seperate the casual lucians from the Main Lucian players
He is still a strong early mid game champ that falls off but not too hard in the late game...
His q can easily still harass people u just have to position urself for when they go to farm u can poke with q
Armor pen is the way to go on lucian... crit just isnt viable anymore.... Lucian is a AD Caster he uses his abilites to do dmg.. his abliltes have low cooldowns and high base dmg only makes sense to run armor pen lol...
Attack speed is a wasted stat on this champ... so Straight AD and Armor pen is the way to go Bud

His Q poke needs to be reverted, He needs some sort of harassment. In exchange take away the armor pen build because it does too much damage.
