Changing Project Ekko Ever So Slightly

While i really do like the skin, one thing is preventing me and many others to use it. The visual difference between 1 and 2 stacks of your passive is really hard to see, since they are so close to each other and the circles being green and somewhat transparent makes it blend together with the terrain.

I would really love if Riot saw this and maybe thought about changing it a little for visual clarity.
