he's perfectly fine,he's just a lategame scaling champion in an early game meta,buffing him would just broke him (a lategame scaling champion should never be strong in early unless he's yasuo for unknow reasons)

He could use some form of survivability. His damage is pretty high, especially if your team helps in keeping the enemy inside your ult. His real problem is the fact that his a mid-close range mage (more close than mid) that is also very squishy, and the shield from Q doesn't help in that regard.

Give him Grounded on his W.

It's literally a gravity field and his only counterplay against Assassins, and yet they can just easily jump out of it.

It's fucking stupid.
