cant we just nerf the strong midlaners?

buffing champs without nerfing the strong ones has led to all this powercreep you know

I'm pretty sure he can reliably use Electrocute and is able to oneshot the ADC with that. Which is fine. So how does he need buffs?

Give his W a Grounding effect.

That should be an adequate enough buff.
