Chromas in Store

Can we implement a filter for chromas you can only use. If you dont have the champ or skin then it doesn't show that chroma as a option to purchase. No point filtering through dozens of chromas I cant even use.

Then implement chroma purchase using OE, since you'd already need to have that skin anyways. k, thx
