Even though pros said this is the worst meta they've had Riot still declines
And rather than address the issues, the Dev Corner introduced a justification on the causes to them.
That's ridiculous. No wonder League streams have died down.

Riot had to take a lot of risks in order to change the system of the game.
Some things will pay off, while others don't.
But to stop in the name of progress even when things aren't working isn't always viable in the corporate world.
Because you just spent all this money to make these forward changes.
The wheel will keep turning forward. Only on rare things do they revert it and that can take months or years.

Pros can be wrong, too.
While the game does have various issues that Riot refuses to act on for some reason, but at this point with the 'game is now trash', seems to be a snowball effect from last year, when streamers all used the same conjured excuse to quit League in order to cash in on the rising popularity of Fortnite for their own profit by steaming it while it's early (not saying they conspired it, but it is curious to note they all quit using the same reasoning for some reason. Maybe the first to quit genuinely feel the game is not as good as before, while the others just saw the opportunity of exploiting it), and the idea that game is now bad just got stuck ever since.
Pros aren't Gods.
