@Riot: Y U so stupid with Miss Fortune rework...?
Pfft. What a joke. OK, so at least you backed down on the moronic "Impure Shots only applies AS to first 3 attacks" bullshit you were testing before, but the rework is still a waste of time and ultimate a net nerf to what is already the weakest ADC in the game. Why? She still doesn't have a real passive!
My GOD Riot! Why, why, why, why, WHY are you so physically incapable of giving her the most OBVIOUS buff any champion in LoL has ever needed! Strut REMAINS on of the worst passives in the game, good for running back to lane slightly faster or catching up to your team when you're late for a teamfight and NOTHING ELSE. No, having Impure Shots' active reactivate it does NOTHING for it because it still gets instantly turned off if she so much as gets coughed on by a gnat! EVERY time the issue of MF's balance comes up you get told the same thing over and over again- "fix her passive" but you just don't listen!
That aside, the rework is still just grade-A dumb. People have been screaming at you that removing Grievous Wounds from her W active is a bad idea because it negates the one and only thing she does (win duels against sustain tanks like Swain and Warwick or let her win duels in botlane by nerfing the enemy ADC's Heal) and you ignored them, giving it a 4-second shorter CD which makes NO difference because she still loses trades against pretty much everyone. You upped the bounce damage on her Q but almost halved the seeking radius, making it much harder to connect with, making her even LESS reliable. The only unambiguous buff you gave her was the increase on the ranks 1-4 of her E slow, which is basically an acknowledgement that "yeah, this skill sucks, so let's at least make it more useful at the rank 1 you're going to leave it at for most of the game".
Epic fail, Riot. Epic fail. You make such a big song and dance about MF because of your new Bilgewater (cough) '"event" but only manage to take the game's worst ADC and make her worse. And it's not like it was THAT hard, but apparently it was too much to ask you.
